Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Line the cupcake or mini cupcake pans with liners or spray with baking spray.*
In a large bowl, mix the flour and baking soda.
In a medium bowl, mix the bananas, honey, peanut butter, oil and egg until smooth.
Add the banana mixture to the flour mixture and stir until combined.
Spoon the batter into each cup of the pan, filling about halfway.
Bake 20-22 minutes for regular cupcakes and 10-12 for mini cupcakes, or until a tester comes out clean.*
