Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the flour, salt and cinnamon together in a medium bowl.
Whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs and peanut butter. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir.
Roll the dough until it is about 1/2 inch thick*. Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough into shapes.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown, turning about half way.
*You can adjust the thickness of the biscuit to your dog's liking. If you make it thinner, you just may need to cook the biscuits for a shorter amount of time.
