In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together.
In a large bowl whisk the butter and sugar together. Then whisk in the eggs, apple cider, apple sauce and vanilla extract.
Spray the bundt pan and dust with granulated sugar. Add the batter to the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through. Test doneness with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out without any wet batter, it is done.
Remove from heat and let the pan rest for 10 minutes. Then turn the cake over on a cooling rack and release the pan. Let the cake cool completely before adding the cinnamon sugar topping and glaze.
